Meal Prep is done for the week! Keep reading for my best tips to meal prep and plan for you and your family! Pancakes for breakfast...
Spaghetti zoodles for dinner... (Thanks to all my friends who brought me zucchini!) Zucchini slices to grill with taco meat... Ground turkey (taco) meat for spaghetti, tacos, nachos, and salsa bowls! And we will be getting a Muscle Maker Grill Lubbock meal plan for my lunches! These are my best tips for Meal Planning & Prepping: 1. Cook/prep in bulk. For breakfasts, you could also do casseroles, egg cups, protein shakes or yogurt parfaits. For Lunches & Dinners, pick a primary protein to build your meals around. I chose ground turkey! 2. Check the Calendar. Next, check the calendar to determine what kinds of meals you will need--crockpot, grab and go, or sit-down meals. Then designate each type of meal to the appropriate time. 3. Commit to your Plan. Write down your plan and place it where you can see it and refer to it throughout the day & week. And then commit to following it! Set a timer on your phone to remind you when to eat and what you had planned to eat! What are your best back-to-school tips for meal planning and prepping?
