SWEAT - PRAY - HONOR GOD - REPEAT
Our motto is SWEAT-PRAY-REPEAT.
We use the word SWEAT to describe the healthy habits we commit to practicing
in order to become FIT inside and out and honor God with our bodies. They INCLUDE:
Aim for 6-8 hours of sleep each night
Drink half your bodyweight in oz of water each day
Eat real foods in the right portions
ACTIVE LIFESTYLE (EXERCISE)
Move your body on purpose 3-5 times each week,
for 15-30 minutes each session based on your fitness level & goals
Practice eating to fuel your body within a specific time (8-16 hours) and specific intervals (3-4hrs)
In addition to practicing these healthy habits,
we also COMMIT to PRAY over these #sweatgoals
and leaning on God's Truth and strength to make progress on our journey.
