What is ONE thing you learned from participating in ALL-IN FIGHT CAMP challenge that will help you continue your journey with an ALL-IN attitude? The one major thing I learned from this challenge that will help me continue with an ALL-IN attitude is accountability! My mom was my partner, and I loved being able to go to her with the highs and lows of the challenge, and know that I wasn't alone! I also got a lot of comments by posting my challenge posts on my personal Facebook page, and it helped keep me accountable knowing that others were aware of my journey. It also gave me motivation from places I wasn't expecting and reminded me that I am able to be an inspiration to others.

What is ONE thing you learned from this challenge that will help you continue your journey with an ALL-IN attitude? One thing that I learned from this challenge is that it’s not all about me! I loved doing the partner challenge because it allowed me to share my victories/struggles with my partner. It took the focus off myself and placed it on us as a team. What is ONE thing you learned from this challenge that will help you continue your journey with an ALL-IN attitude? I learned that no matter how many times you make a bad choice on eating, don't work out, etc., wake up the next morning with an attitude to win, to make better choice, keep trying! Do better the next meal or workout the next day. Keep going, and don't justify your choices. Own them and learn from them. What is ONE thing you learned from participating in ALL-IN FIGHT CAMP challenge that will help you continue your journey with an ALL-IN attitude? I learned every choice you make, even the smallest choices, make a difference. In the end, did you get the results you desired...physically? spiritually? I did not get the results I hoped for, but I did feel better about myself. I just felt better. Spiritually, I am not where I want to be. Both are going to take practice. What factors do you believe contributed to your success? or lack thereof? I think what helped me (succeed) is having my sister hold me accountable. What is your next step on your continuing your health journey? I need to get back to making goals each week and stick to it. I have slacked off a lot since the challenge ended. (I gained 6lbs and lack of energy.) My life got busy and stressful, and I let it get in my way. What is one word of encouragement you would give someone who is struggling with their health journey? Keep at it daily. Even the smallest choices that you dont think matter do add up. Anything else you'd like to share? I have learned so much from this group of ladies. With this (SWEAT CLUB) group, I love that it's not focused on just the weight. It is focused on God and how we need to take care of our bodies. |
