![]() What is ONE thing you learned from this challenge that will help you continue your journey with an ALL-IN attitude? I learned that no matter how many times you make a bad choice on eating, don't work out, etc., wake up the next morning with an attitude to win, to make better choice, keep trying! Do better the next meal or workout the next day. Keep going, and don't justify your choices. Own them and learn from them. In the end, did you get the results you desired...physically? spiritually?
Physically I don't feel like I got the results I wanted, but I also feel like I expected too much too soon! Things take time! It will not happen overnight. I'm proud of how far I've come all because my sister asked me to join the challenge. Spiritually, I feel like I came further then I even planned on. I didn't start the challenge focusing on God being a part of my journey, but throughout the challenge I learned to rely on God and make him a part of every part of my day/journey. What factors do you believe contributed to your success? or lack thereof? Having my sister on my side, cheering me on, talking with each other about all of our choices good and bad, really helped me make better choices and keep striving to do better. What is your next step on your continuing your health journey? My husband has joined my health journey since the 21 day challenge has ended. Together we make better choices each day. We've made many (small) changes within our household and will continue doing so as each day goes on. What is one word of encouragement you would give someone who is struggling on their health journey? PRAY, and always keep moving forward. If you fail today, get up tomorrow and try even harder. If you want a different result, you have to make changes! Quit justifying bad decisions and learn from them. MAKE A PLAN and follow it. Start out small and keep going from there!
