LOCAL F619 FITNESS SESSIONS

LOCATION & DETAILS

LOCATION: The Foundations 6:19 fitness center is located in Earth, TX
at 119 E Main Street.
​
FITNESS SESSIONS:
Each training session includes an Interval workout lasting 45-60 minutes that incorporates cardio, strength, core and/or flexibility to improve fitness and health.

ENCOURAGEMENT:
You'll also be encouraged to practice SWEATing with our weekly #FITfocus and inspired to connect your faith to your fitness with our weekly #FAITHfocus!
