Not all oils are bad for our heart. Of course, there are healthy oils that we need to take and for sure we will be healthier! It has been scientifically proven that Omega-3 fatty acids is good for the heart. Most of the time, we can find it on the seafood that we eat, particularly on the fishes from the sea! God has been so good when it comes to providing us the best tasting food we could have, not to mention that all of these are healthy too! I hope that many readers were informed through this post!
