Today's reading was Matthew 28-Mark 2.
I was intrigued by this verse:
“Why are you interfering with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!” (Mark 1:24 NLT)
I think so many times people think that faith interferes with their lives--with what they really want. But I'm reminded of a lesson from Lysa TerKeurst's study, what happens when women say yes to God: He will interrupt my life to show me His best.
My plans don't always turn out like I hope, but when I let God "interfere" with my plans--by being sensitive to His leading-- and I respond with obedience, I will find myself more satisfied than I could ever could have imagined.
I have plenty of stories I could share, but I pray I won't grow weary of seeing God interrupt my life with His best and with opportunities to be part of His work;)
Do you have any stories to share? I would love to hear them!
